We have a Republic form of government as written in the
Constitution of the United State of America
The Constitution of the United States of America is the supreme law of the United States. It is the foundation and source of the legal authority underlying the existence of the United States of America and the Federal Government of the United States. It provides the framework for the organization of the United States Government. The document defines the three main branches of the government: The legislative branch with a bicameral Congress, an executive branch led by the President, and a judicial branch headed by the Supreme Court. Besides providing for the organization of these branches, the Constitution outlines obligations of each office, as well as provides what powers each branch may exercise. It also reserves numerous rights for the individual citizen, and individual states, thereby establishing the United States' federal system of government.
We are guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America that we will live under a Republic form of government.
A form of government ruled by Law, NOT mob rule, and definitely NOT Elite Rule.
We elected people into office that swore an Oath to Uphold, Defend and Protect the Constitution of the United States of America. But those same people are the ones who are shredding that document and ignoring every principle and promise in that very same Constitution.
It is now time to let our Non-Representing Representatives know that because of their refusal to keep their Oath, that it is time for them to go.
